The company has 12 employees comprising:

• highly experienced structural geologists (Alan Roberts, Graham Yielding, Peter Bretan, Dave Quinn & Michiel van Noorden),
• software engineers, originally trained as geologists, responsible for the development of our flagship software product, TrapTester (Brett Freeman, Andy Foster, James Bray & Cathal Dillon)
• one staff member for technical support and software documentation (Helen Jones), and
• office administrator (Diana Watts)
• finance officier (Ros Hudson)

We also work very closely with Professor Nick Kusznir of Liverpool University, who is a valued member of the Badleys extended team.

Over the past 20 years, the team has published a large number of scientific papers on a variety of structural topics, ranging from seismic interpretation techniques through to fault & fault-seal analysis and basin modelling.
