GETTING SUPPORT

You can contact support at Badleys either by phone, fax or by email.  If you send an email, please describe the problem and if appropriate use Xphoto to capture an image of the problem.  Attach the image(s) to your email.

If we cannot resolve the problem directly, we may ask you to send a copy of the TransGen project to our office so that we can examine the files in more detail.  It is possible to send us the project on an Exabyte tape, CD or if it is not too large by ftp transfer to a secure area of our ftp site.

All projects are kept highly confidential and are deleted from the Badleys ftp site after they are received and downloaded.
