Checking the Model

A Geometrical QC within TransGen is important to check the geometric accuracy of imported reservoir simulation model data in particular to identify inactive and/or corrupt cell data.

Geological QC of critical relationships such as relay zones, channels, reservoir juxtapositions and the patterns of displacement variations and Shale Gouge Ratio can all be checked within TransGen to ensure they are correctly represented in the imported Eclipse model before faulted transmissibility data are generated.
