MM2 and MM3 (Modelling of Margins) are the successor projects to the basin-modelling strand of iSIMM. MM2 ran from 2006 until late 2010 and is now complete.
MM3 began in late 2010 and will run until 2016. MM3 is based both at Liverpool University and the Universite Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg, under the guidance of Professors Nick Kusznir and Gianreto Manatschal.
MM2 and MM3 have both been funded by industry consortia comprising:
